Alexander was the son of the Macedonian King, Philip, but inherited the power at the age of 22 when his died. Alexander wanted to conquer Persia though they were the most powerful kingdom. Alexander fought many battles with Persia where their King, Darius, died which allowed Alexander to take his place, but still wanted more. What Alexander didn’t know was that all the fighting he did to expand his empire didn’t help because of all his wounds he got ill and died at the age of 33.
Ok! Back to me. Alexander did so many great things!( as his name implies )
It’s why he’s one of the most famous people in history.

~some Kalish words and Greek words are still the same today2

~trying to conquer Persia gave Greece a common enemy1

~when he conquered Persia, he adopted their system of government1
-Didn’t Take Special Treatment2
~when crossing a desert he wouldn’t accept water from his men2
He believed in rights. If his men suffered, so did he and he marched up front. If he conquered someone, he didn’t make them adjust their whole life because their King was overruled, he took some of their ideas to improve the lives of those who joined those who were there, and the rest of his empire.
Like, what more could you ask for!?! He was a good guy… well yeah, he killed a few people, but we all make mistakes. Maybe you haven’t killed anyone, but you didn’t live in the ancient world so you don’t have a right to say conquering Persia was bad. If anything that’s good! He got more land for his people and didn’t kill all of them, they just need to live under his rule. You must agree by now and if you don’t… well I’ll assume you do because like I said, you must agree by now.
